Job Title: Construction Quantity Surveyor
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our North Commercial Team at ATT's Stafford and Warrington offices. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects for the region.
">Key Responsibilities:
">You will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects relating to the projects, whilst achieving the highest standards ensuring the company's strong reputation is maintained. This includes exposure to the full project life cycle with involvement from initial enquiry through to project delivery.
">Requirements:
">Minimum 4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor - you will have residential groundworks experience. You will work alongside our production team, ensuring the contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects for the region.
">Benefits:
">The successful candidate can expect an attractive salary package including a competitive salary of £52,500, car or allowance, discretionary bonus, and 25 days holiday.
