We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Support Staff member to join our Building Surveying team at Clearfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential assistance and support in assessing the structural integrity of buildings. This is a temporary role with a duration of three years, aimed at aiding our surveyors in their critical work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Building Surveyors to assist in evaluating building structures.
  • Conduct on-site visits and inspections to gather relevant data and information.
  • Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers, as necessary.
  • Help maintain accurate records of assessments, inspections, and findings.
  • Support the surveying team in administrative tasks and project coordination.

Requirements and Benefits

To be successful in this role, you should have a background or education in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations is advantageous. Proficiency in using relevant software tools for data collection and report preparation is also required. This role offers a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience and skills.
