Job Overview

The role of Casual Exam Invigilator is a vital part of ensuring the integrity and fairness of our examination process. As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and distraction-free environment during exams, which allows our students to perform at their best.

In this position, you will be required to promote the welfare of children and young people. This involves understanding and respecting their individual needs, abilities, and boundaries. You will work closely with our teaching staff and other support teams to ensure that our students receive the best possible support throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining the security and integrity of exam materials and equipment
- Ensuring that all examination procedures are followed correctly and consistently
- Providing support and guidance to students as needed
- Collaborating with teaching staff and other support teams to address any issues or concerns

Requirements

- GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in work and the learning environment
- Appropriate level of digital literacy

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
