**What will the role of Service Assistant - Exam Team include?**

Reporting into the Exam Team Leader you will be responsible for operating the fuel point and the CET plant to deliver the highest possible performances a team member. Duties will include:

- Fuelling of the traction units
- Filling toilet water tanks and emptying effluent tanks
- Filling wholesome water tanks
- Replenishment of coolants, oils, sanding systems and screenwash
- Topping up of any other ontrain systems
- Carrying out any maintenance activities to documented instructions
- Ensure all documentation and paperwork issued relating to the work being carried out is correct and fully completed
- Maintaining tooling and equipment

**What will I need to be considered for the role of Service Assistant?**
- Good standard of education
- Previous experience, involvement and understanding of rail vehicle maintenance activities is beneficial
- Level 2 certificate in engineering is desirable
