We are seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Manager to join our team at CV Library. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a new challenge and work on a retail project in Crewe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating RAMS, coordinating handovers and sign-offs, implementing and improving existing procedures, leading the day-to-day running of site activities, updating and checking against the construction Programme, preparing site documents such as work orders and purchase orders, ensuring quality standards are achieved by implementing inspection and test plans, and communicating effectively with the client, sub-contractors, and senior management team.

  • Duties:
  • Updating RAMS
  • Coordinating handovers and sign-offs
  • Implementing and improving existing procedures
  • Leading the day-to-day running of site activities
  • Updating and checking against the construction Programme
  • Preparing site documents such as work orders and purchase orders
  • Responsible for the successful completion and handover of sections of work on site
  • Ensuring quality standards are achieved by implementing inspection and test plans
  • Communicating effectively with the client, sub-contractors, and senior management team

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £20,160 per annum based on 7 shifts per week.
