CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Site Management Professional to oversee refurbishment works on a retail project in Crewe. This project will commence with a duration of 7 consecutive day shifts.

This freelance contract offers a competitive rate of £280.00 Per Shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who can update RAMS, coordinate handovers and sign-offs, implement and improve existing procedures, lead the day-to-day running of site activities, update and check against the construction Programme, prepare site documents such as work orders and purchase orders, ensure quality standards are achieved by implementing inspection and test plans, and communicate effectively with the client, sub-contractors, and senior management team.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £19,840 per annum based on 7 shifts per week.
