Job Overview:

As a Site Manager, you will oversee refurbishment works on a retail project in Crewe. This position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and experience in managing construction projects.

About the Role:

  • Update RAMS to ensure compliance with site requirements
  • Coordinate handovers and sign-offs to ensure smooth project progression
  • Implement and improve existing procedures to enhance site efficiency
  • Lead day-to-day site activities, including coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Monitor and update the construction program to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare site documents, such as work orders and purchase orders, to facilitate project progress
  • Ensure successful completion and handover of sections of work on site
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and senior management team
