Capital Projects Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Capital Project Manager to lead our New Hospital Programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and fulfilling the full range of duties in the implementation of building and engineering works.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deputise for the Building Lead or MEP Lead as required
- Support the HF Construction Director, Building Lead and MEP Lead in the effective management of resources
- Provide leadership responsibility for the New Hospital Programme Construction Team
- Assist the HF Construction Team on major projects, taking lead responsibility for defined workstreams or packages
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in general or project/programme management roles
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Master's qualification or post graduate study in a relevant subject
- Membership of an appropriate professional body (RICS, IStructE, ICE, IEE, IMechE, RIBA, etc)
