About This Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Capital Project Manager to join our team and lead our New Hospital Programme. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for managing and implementing building and engineering works.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the HF Construction Director, Building Lead and MEP Lead in the effective management of resources
  • Provide leadership responsibility for the New Hospital Programme Construction Team
  • Assist the HF Construction Team on major projects, taking lead responsibility for defined workstreams or packages

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in general or project/programme management roles
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Master's qualification or post graduate study in a relevant subject
  • Membership of an appropriate professional body (RICS, IStructE, ICE, IEE, IMechE, RIBA, etc)

Salary: £90,000 per annum
