About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our team at Brown's Hotel. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out, handling requests and enquiries with a high level of discretion and care.
  • Manage cash handling and answer telephone calls with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Carry out the night audit function, ensuring maximum guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the Night Manager and other Night team members to achieve exceptional service standards.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a customer-focused approach and professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and establish positive relations with guests and colleagues.
