About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our team at PMR. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work night shifts, 4 on 4 off, from 7pm to 7am
  • Provide 5-star customer service to our clients and guests
  • Manage the front desk and handle all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Ensure the building is secure and well-maintained
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in hotels or residential buildings
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proactive, energetic, and hard-working
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
  • A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
