Night Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team at The Langham, London. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm and efficient welcome, and that their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all check-in and check-out procedures are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns in a fair and professional manner, escalating issues to the Night Manager as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions, using our Opera PMS system.
  • Work collaboratively with other Front Office team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or an operational and guest-facing role in a similar hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, with a focus on maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Previous experience of Opera PMS is advantageous, but not essential.
