Job Title: Night Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our team at The Langham, London. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guests receive a warm and welcoming check-in experience, including efficient rooming and check-out procedures.
  • Respond to guest queries and concerns in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Deal with complaints in accordance with hotel procedure, referring to the Night Manager as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions and hotel operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or an operational and guest-facing role in a similar hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience of Opera PMS system is an advantage.
