Job Title: Night Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our team at The Langham, London. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all guests receive a warm and welcoming check-in experience, including efficient rooming and check-out procedures.
  • Respond to all guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Deal with complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating to the Night Manager as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or an operational and guest-facing role in a similar hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a professional attitude.
  • Previous experience of Opera PMS system is an advantage.
