Job Title: Night Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at Novotel London Paddington. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience during the night. You will be responsible for assisting the Night Manager and Night Supervisor in the general running of the hotel at night, supporting other departments to set up for the next day, and undertaking night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Assist the Night Manager and Night Supervisor in the general running of the hotel at night, including responding to guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Support other departments to set up for the next day, including preparing rooms and ensuring that all necessary equipment is in place.
  • Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Be an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Night Receptionist, you will need to have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
