Join Our Team as a Night Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team at Hilton London Hyde Park. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reception services to guests, including check-in and check-out, and complete audits as required.
  • Ensure an efficient and welcoming experience for guests, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions to effectively upsell and promote hotel services.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation at all times.
