About the Role

We are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at Novotel London Paddington. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

You will work closely with the Night Manager and Night Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel at night. This will include assisting with the general running of the hotel, supporting other departments to set up for the next day, and undertaking night audits and hotel safety checks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an autonomous and passionate individual who is dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services. You will also need to be confident in all aspects of guest relations, including receiving and recognising all guests, including those who require special attention.

We offer a comprehensive training program to support your success in this role, including training in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people. You will also have the opportunity to experience a one-night stay at the hotel to gain a deeper understanding of our guests' needs and expectations.

Novotel London Paddington is a 206-bedroom hotel located in the heart of Paddington Central. We offer a range of amenities, including an indoor pool, gym, sauna, and steam room.
