Pan Pacific London is seeking a Night Receptionist to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating memorable moments for our guests. Your tasks will include checking in and out guests, registering guests, and accommodating special requests. You will also be responsible for handling reservations and cancellations, and addressing guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Job Summary

As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Checking in and out guests
