Join Our Team as a Night Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team at Park Plaza. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest requests and inquiries in a prompt, helpful, and polite manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Be available to work on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, including 12-hour shifts.

Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.
  • Good command of English and excellent communication skills.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or as a Receptionist/Night Receptionist in the hospitality sector.
