Individualized Instructional Support Coordinator

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an exceptional SEN Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational development of a pupil with special educational needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to create and deliver personalized lesson plans that cater to the pupil's individual needs and abilities.
**Salary & Benefits:**
A competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits including opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized instructional plans for the pupil.
- Deliver high-quality instruction and support to help the pupil achieve academic success.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the pupil receives comprehensive support.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
- At least two years of experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
