Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our maintenance function, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling trade resources, delivering high-level business support, and providing advice and guidance on repairs and maintenance-related issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a repairs and maintenance function, proficiency in Salesforce, and excellent organizational skills. You will also need to be well-versed in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
This is a temporary maternity cover position lasting up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The salary for this role is £25,503 per annum, and you will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling trade resources
- Delivering high-level business support and administrative activities
- Providing advice, support, and guidance on repairs and maintenance-related issues
- Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indicators and management information
About You:
- Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Excellent organizational skills
- Well-organized with good influencing skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
