Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our care team as a Residential Care Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

You will work closely with our care staff to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents. You will also contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.

The estimated salary for this position is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
