Job Title: Grant Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Grant Administrator to join our team at NIRAS UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective management of grant funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Process and manage grant fund financial claims, applications, and reports.
  • Communication: Collaborate with applicants to ensure smooth communication regarding their application status.
  • Reporting: Manage grant applications and reports, verifying timeliness and accuracy.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure compliance with project financial regulations, conducting thorough checks and verifications.
  • Documentation Review: Verify and proofread written reports, focusing on content relevance and quality.
  • Application Evaluation: Assess applicant eligibility based on agreed-upon criteria.
  • Collaboration: Provide extensive global support to both applicants and projects, streamlining operations and facilitating efficient collaboration.

The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience and high-level analytical skills, along with strong literacy and numeracy abilities.

Compensation Package:
  • A competitive annual salary: £27,200 - £34,000.
