Customer Service Team Lead

Role Summary:
The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for managing the Customer Services team, ensuring that they consistently deliver excellent customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of customer expectations and a commitment to exceeding them through great teamwork and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers at all levels, professionally and effectively, building close working relationships with key customers through service levels and site visits.
- Develop an environment of continuous service improvement and learning, utilizing customer feedback to inform service improvements.
- Liaise with Account Managers and General Managers to enhance overall customer service satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve calls from Customer Service Advisors via internal teams and processes.
- Model great service with a confident approach to communicating with customers and colleagues.
