About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our Contact Centre team at Alliance Homes Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Experience Advisors, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the delivery of our tenancy service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of Customer Experience Advisors to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.
  • Support the delivery of our tenancy service, working closely with colleagues to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies to improve customer service and experience.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

About You

We are looking for a collaborative and proactive individual with leadership experience in a Contact Centre or similar environment.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage conflicting priorities.

Experience within the Housing sector is desirable but not essential.
