Customer Service Team Lead

Juice Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join their growing retail business in Avonmouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small team of customer service representatives, driving performance and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives, focusing on performance improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated customer issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer loyalty.
- Review performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular team meetings to report updates and provide guidance from the Senior Leadership Team.
- Develop and implement customer-focused strategies to improve satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call centre environment, with a strong background in customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to think strategically and make key decisions.
Working Arrangements:
- Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm.
- Office-based in Avonmouth.
- Must have own vehicle, as public transport links are limited.
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum.
