Customer Service Manager Opportunity

Juice Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join their growing retail business in Avonmouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small team of customer service representatives, driving performance and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives, focusing on performance improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer loyalty.
  • Review performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to report updates and provide guidance from the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Develop and implement customer-focused strategies to improve satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call centre environment, with a strong background in customer service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to think strategically and make key decisions.

Working Arrangements:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Office-based in Avonmouth.
  • Must have own vehicle, as public transport links are limited.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum.
