Description of the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled GP Safeguarding Adults and Children Coordinator to join our team at Guidant Global.

About the Team:

Our team works closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to provide integrated support services to children, young people, and adults in need.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and Support:
    • Coordinate the delivery of support services to individuals, ensuring timely and effective responses to their needs.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Safeguarding and Risk Management:
    • Develop and implement safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience working in a similar role or relevant sector.

Salary and Benefits:

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits package.
