Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional support to children, young people, and adults who require safeguarding assistance
  • Conducting assessments, making decisions, and intervening as necessary to ensure the best outcomes for our service users
  • Developing and maintaining effective partnerships with local agencies to provide seamless support to our service users
  • Ensuring that our service users receive high-quality support and care that meets their individual needs

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our service users receive comprehensive support and care. Your expertise in safeguarding and risk management will be instrumental in ensuring that our service users are protected from harm.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in safeguarding, risk management, and partnership working
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy

Please note that a car driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
