Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Safeguarding Specialist to join our team in GP Safeguarding Adults and Children. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing support to vulnerable children, young people, and adults.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in safeguarding, risk management, and partnership working. They will be responsible for ensuring effective safeguarding practices are in place and that the needs of our service users are met.

About the Role

As a Safeguarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional responses to situations where children, young people, and adults need support
  • Undertaking assessments, decision-making, and interventions to ensure the best outcomes for our service users
  • Developing and maintaining effective partnerships with local agencies to provide seamless support to our service users
  • Ensuring that our service users receive high-quality support and care that meets their individual needs

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our service users receive comprehensive support and care. Your expertise in safeguarding and risk management will be instrumental in ensuring that our service users are protected from harm.
