Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant at Envision Education, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Hemel Hempstead. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, adapting materials to meet the needs of SEND students
  • Provide individual support to SEND students, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to support SEND students
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced Child and Adult DBS
  • Experience working with children in the UK, with references available
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
