Job Summary:

The Senior CRM Manager will spearhead the development and management of the CRM strategy within the business. This role involves driving applications, optimizing customer messaging, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance contact strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Lead projects from concept to delivery, leveraging data insights to improve customer experience and contribute to the growth of key products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize CRM campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management, with hands-on knowledge of ESPs or CDPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign results and propose optimisations.
  • Proficiency in HTML and understanding of CRM campaign data requirements.
  • Ability to create engaging customer messaging and develop effective CRM strategies.
  • Interest in financial services and the ability to connect with sector-specific products.
