Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Unit Manager to lead our General Management team at Salmon Smolt NZ. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the aquaculture industry, with a strong focus on fish health, performance, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the General Management team to achieve business objectives and improve performance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance fish health, performance, and quality
- Collaborate with the CEO to drive business growth and sustainability
Requirements
- Proven experience in the aquaculture industry, ideally in a hatchery environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ideally hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
