About The Role:
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager oversees all day-to-day business operations, including HR, Finance, Project Management, and Business Development. They will also provide on-the-job mentoring and coaching to support each person's development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and productivity
• Collaborate with key clients and suppliers to build relationships and drive business outcomes
• Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring to support team members' development
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
