Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Trapeze Recruitment Services Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in an allocated region, using proven account management principles to nurture and grow the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts in an allocated region, using proven account management principles to nurture and grow the client base.
  • Support the Regional Account Manager with quotations, sending samples, and organizing audits.
  • Prepare penetration reports to execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities through sales analysis and account planning.
  • Review the performance of your sales territory monthly with the Regional Account Manager.
  • Diary management, route planning, and call note actions on CRM for all visits.
  • Control sales analysis on all region customers.
  • Attend events, webinars, and exhibitions when requested by the Sales Director.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and business development experience.
  • Planning and organizing skills to accomplish specific goals.
  • Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission.
