Administrative Team Lead in Medical Day Unit

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join the administrative team in the Medical Day Unit of East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.

This dynamic role requires adaptability, effective time management, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise two Administration Assistants working on the Medical Day Unit
  • Collaborate with the Unit Manager and Operational Support to ensure smooth patient pathways

This is a varied role that requires initiative and problem-solving skills. If you are a self-motivated individual with experience in a busy administrative environment and excellent IT skills, we would like to hear from you.

About You
  • Previous experience in the NHS or similar healthcare setting
  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Able to demonstrate strong communication and multitasking skills

Salary and Benefits
