About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Medical Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team in the Medical Day Unit. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for supervising two Administration Assistants and collaborating with the Unit Manager and Operational Support to ensure effective patient pathways.

Responsibilities

Your main duties will include working closely with the administration team to provide administrative support, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, and maintaining up-to-date records. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries in a professional manner.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for career development.
