Teaching Assistant for Children with Autism Spectrum Condition:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at ABC Teachers. As an Autism Spectrum Condition Specialist, you will work in a specialized school for children with Autism Spectrum Condition, including those with challenging behaviours and additional learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Condition, and strong skills in managing challenging behaviours. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized educational plans, providing emotional support and guidance, and working collaboratively with other members of the team.
