Teaching Assistant Position for SEN Pupil
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is based at a Primary School in the Acocks area of Birmingham and involves working closely with the pupil to provide individualized support.
Key Requirements- Experience in supporting children with SEN or challenging behaviour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable providing personal care when required
- Able to adapt to the pupil's varying moods and needs
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and able to build strong relationships with both the pupil and other school staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on a child's life, with an estimated salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
