This Behavioural Support Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our pupils. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN pupils and be passionate about making a positive impact.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing one-to-one support for pupils with SEN, developing effective strategies to overcome challenges.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant degree is required. Experience working in a resource base for SEN pupils is highly desirable.
Salary range: £50,000 - £60,000 per year.
