Support Teacher Required for SEND Pupil

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in the Acocks area of Birmingham. This role involves working closely with a pupil who requires additional support due to SEN, providing tailored support to help them achieve their full potential.

Main Duties
  1. Working one-to-one with the pupil to provide individualized support
  2. Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils in the class
  3. Ensuring the pupil remains focused on lesson plans and activities
  4. Providing regular updates to parents and carers on the pupil's progress

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting children with SEN or challenging behaviour, be comfortable providing personal care when required, and able to adapt to the pupil's changing moods. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with an estimated salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum.
