About the Role

This RISC Network Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the water and waste industry, providing technical expertise to support proactive works on the wastewater network.

The successful candidate will have experience working in the industry, holding relevant qualifications such as a NRSWA certificate and a valid CSCS card. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £13 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension, healthcare, and holiday allowance.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Carry out technical activities related to proactive works on the wastewater network
  2. Conduct serviceability and structural investigations using CCTV equipment
  3. Recommend and install level monitors in manholes
  4. Identify and suggest repairs in line with project objectives
  5. Interact with customers on public and private properties
  6. Report using various digital platforms, including the Network Intelligence tool
  7. Minimise disruption to local residents and meet contract KPIs
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
