RISC Field Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced RISC Field Technician to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your technical skills and experience to contribute to the delivery of proactive works on the wastewater network.

The successful candidate will hold a valid CSCS card, a National Water Hygiene card, and Confined Space certification, along with relevant industry experience. A competitive salary of £13 per hour, plus a range of benefits, make this an attractive opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out technical activities in relation to proactive works on the wastewater network
  • Use CCTV equipment to conduct serviceability and structural investigations
  • Install level monitors in manholes and recommend necessary repairs
  • Interact with customers on public and private properties
  • Report using digital platforms, including the Network Intelligence tool
  • Ensure minimal disruption to local residents and meet contract KPIs
  • Comply with health and safety policies and procedures
