We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Water Industry Professional in Cambridge. As a Water Industry Professional, you will be responsible for carrying out technical activities related to proactive works on the wastewater network across the Anglian Water region.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Carrying out technical activities such as clearing blockages, conducting CCTV inspections, and installing level monitors">
  • Identifying and suggesting repairs in line with project objectives">
  • Providing excellent customer service and interacting with customers on public and private properties">
  • Reporting using digital platforms, namely the Network Intelligence tool">
  • Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Fleet policies">

About You:

">

To succeed as a Water Industry Professional, you will need a valid CSCS card or equivalent, a National Water Hygiene card, and Confined Space certification. A NRSWA qualification and Manual Handling training are also required. Experience in the water and waste industry is highly desirable.

You must possess a full UK driver's licence, basic IT skills, and the ability to work independently when necessary, using your initiative. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
