We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Red Rock Consultants Ltd in Cambridge. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of health and safety legislation and be qualified in either plumbing, joinery, or electrical systems. Previous experience in domestic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance is essential. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, and decorating.
- Complete reactive maintenance tasks promptly and to a consistently high standard.
- Oversee planned maintenance tasks, including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks, fire extinguisher inspections, water hygiene flushing, and temperature monitoring.
Requirements:
- A good understanding of H&S legislation.
- To be qualified in either plumbing, joinery, or electrical systems is desirable.
- Previous experience of domestic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
