About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Europe team at Plaid. As a key member of our People team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and supporting the growth of our Europe business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Business Outcomes: Partner with our Europe leadership team to drive business outcomes and develop strategies to achieve our goals.
  • People Programmes: Design and execute people programmes that align with our global People initiatives and meet the needs of our Europe business.
  • Leadership Development: Coach and develop our Europe leaders to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through close, with a focus on attracting top talent to our Europe business.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives, including organisational restructuring, process improvements and cultural transformation.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HRBP role
  • Experience in designing and executing people team programmes
  • Strong relationship-building, consultative and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Deep knowledge of the UK talent market
  • Excitement to work at a start-up and contribute to building and iterating on existing processes
