Job Summary

Cantello Tayler Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our client based in Egham, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Providing Specialist HR Data Reporting and Analysis: Ensure effective data collection, analysis, and reporting on confidential HR data according to agreed timelines.
  • Developing and Maintaining Reporting Suites: Create an effective reporting suite alongside a pan-EMEA dashboard for comprehensive analytics and metrics to support the HR strategy and drive a high-performance culture.
  • Troubleshooting Data and Reports: Highlight issues and make recommendations to address and determine priorities.
  • Providing Analysis Support: Ongoing monitoring of all key HR and Reward metrics.
  • Managing Data for Pay and Business Processes: Benchmarking, analytics reporting, and modeling for the annual pay and monthly business processes.
  • Compiling and Maintaining Compensation Databases: Capturing monthly data from respective payrolls and verifying ongoing data points.
  • Providing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Reports: Supporting HR business and strategic understanding in areas of cost management, current engagement, and tenure.
  • Developing and Providing Insights: Recommendations for business modeling enhancement based on commercial application.
  • Managing Salary Survey Participation: Maintaining an up-to-date benchmarking database and analyzing results to retain and maintain the Company's competitive position.
  • Performing Confidential Compensation Research: Compiling and evaluating data, and making recommendations to appropriate individuals.
  • Initiating Analysis of Information: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in PeopleSoft.
  • Performing Data Extracts and Reports: Compiling information for other Executive Managers as required.
  • Providing Information for Presentations: Supporting the EMEA leadership team.
  • Compiling Time and Attendance Reports: Supporting business activities and performance/productivity metrics.
  • Managing Executive Reports: As required by head office.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Five to ten years' experience working with data within a commercial environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite of software - Advanced Excel and Power BI.
