About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our EMEA team at Future Electronics. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, confidential, and comprehensive analytical support to the EMEA Human Resources Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support to the EMEA HR Team, including data analysis, research, and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the business and HR team to identify and prioritize data requirements.
  • Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain HR data models and databases.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support to the business and HR team.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
