Future Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our EMEA team at our Head Quarters in Egham, Surrey.
Job Outline:
To provide high-quality, confidential, and comprehensive analytical support and organisational assistance within the EMEA Human Resources Team. Given the sensitivity of data available, confidentiality is a pre-requisite due to the scope of the role requiring the ability to analyse data and information; conducting research and participating in special projects. Opportunity is available to become involved in other HR analytical related activities within and outside of EMEA to support the development of reports and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Up-to-date analysis of the Car database and the Holiday database
- Monthly salary report: collecting data from payroll, manipulating data, analysing data
- Monthly and quarterly bonus payments processes
- Collate Talent and Succession information and create relevant analysis to support Management decisions
- Annual compensation review process
- HR data audits: regularly review and audit HR data to ensure accuracy
- Benchmarking and competitive analysis
- Analysis support for ongoing monitoring of all key HR and Reward metrics
Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced Excel skills: creating spreadsheets, charts, pivot tables, logical functions, math functions)
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
