About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our EMEA team at Future Electronics. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing analytical support and organizational assistance to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, including HR Dashboards for all EMEA regions, Time & Attendance, and HR Reports for various business areas.
  • Manage and analyze data from various sources, including the Car database and the Holiday database.
  • Prepare and present monthly salary reports, including data collection, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Support the monthly and quarterly bonus payments process.
  • Collate and analyze Talent and Succession information to support management decisions.
  • Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Provide analytical support for ongoing monitoring of key HR and Reward metrics.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced skills in creating spreadsheets, charts, and logical functions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking and proactive skills.
