We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our EMEA team at Future Electronics. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, confidential, and comprehensive analytical support to the EMEA Human Resources Team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide analytical support for monthly HR reports, including HR Dashboards for all EMEA regions, Time & Attendance, HR Reports for various business areas, and Starters and Leavers weekly reports.
- Manage and analyze data for the Car database and the Holiday database.
- Prepare and analyze the monthly salary report, collecting data from payroll, manipulating data, and analyzing data.
- Support the monthly and quarterly bonus payments process.
- Collate Talent and Succession information and create relevant analysis to support Management decisions.
- Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy.
- Benchmark and conduct competitive analysis.
- Provide analysis support for ongoing monitoring of all key HR and Reward metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with advanced skills in creating spreadsheets, charts, pivot tables, logical functions, and math functions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Strong multitasking and proactive outlook.
